ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW REQUEST

Prior to submitting your request, please check the Deed Restrictions to insure your plans comply, then download the Architectural Review Request Form below.

Email your ARB Request to LithiaRanchHOA@gmail.com to get the process started and for the fastest response time.  

If you have large plans, please email us, so that we may direct you where to drop off your plans.  You may also mail the ARB Request to:  Lithia Ranch HOA, P.O. Box 663, Lithia, FL  33547, however, please allow additional time for this method.
